Big 10 Roundtable: Spring Edition #4 - Passing Defense

Hey guys, here's this week's edition of the Big 10 Roundtable, focusing on back-7/pass D. I know the Hawkeyes are known for their fundamentally sound Cover 2-base D; any changes with the new DC? Feel free to chime in below.

Should be interesting. MSU returns 6 of the back 7 off of a pass D that finished 11th (yardage) and 18th (efficiency) nationally last year.
QB play should be better in the conf. this year though. Could have better pass D's with worse #s.

Most of the returning QB's in the B1G are much better runners than passers. Vandenberg and whatever stiff PSU throws out there being the exception. Wiscy,Northwestern, and MSU are the only schools replacing their QB that i can think of, and i'm not scared of any of the the returning guys in the passing game.
If you don't like my opinion, at least you can enjoy the view

There's definitely a ton of potential in the secondary. I'm really excited about Lowery and Law.
