Actually i said it. From what his twitter indicated, his assistant coaches son had a seizure and was hospitalized. But even so, if he's given only 1 interview, and it looked like this one did, it's easy to infer his interest took a big drop, if not fell off completely

I took the quotes from Allen as meaning he wasn't really thrilled with his visit and my take is he will be going elsewhere. Probably MSU but who knows. I don't think extending the interview or getting another one is going to change his thoughts that he expressed. OK = Not impressed. I'm really hoping that he is bummed out about the situation with his coaches son or something. But not finishing the call/interview isn't exactly a great sign either.

I didn't realize that Allen is going to enroll early at the school he chooses. Another reason why he is such an important recruit for Iowa.

FYI, the fact that the interview was cut short had nothing to do with his interest in Iowa.

You're probably right Todd. When you add all the things from the brief interview and the cutoff call it just painted a bad picture in my mind. In fact, im still kinda of in shock from his comments. I guess the reality/truth sometimes stings. Keep up the good work!
