That's the nature of the beast when it comes to recruiting. Even schools like Notre Dame, Alabama and Ohio State have lost commits, so no one is really immune to it.

Notice that Rucker said the thing that most interests him about Tech is their new "swag". With that being the primary reason for interest I am confident that he will stay at Iowa. Family will rarely be able to see him play at Tech and swag is not a great predictor of skill development or stability. Still - it is a great example of how KF's conservative approach is always going to be a liability for kids looking for something more exciting.

1)Perhaps chewing buble gum instead of mint gum
2) Popping his collar instead of wearing it down.
