Iowa became the first school to offer 2013 quarterback Trent Hosick back in December. No diehard Iowa fan will want to miss what the Hawkeye coaches recently told him.

Todd, first thanks for the update, sounds like a good kid. Second, do you feel he is going to get a bunch more offers throughout the process or how do you see his recruitment going? He seems really excited about Iowa but its very early...

I've seen him play and he is a total animal and is definitely the field general for Staley. Great passion and leadership on the field, and by all accounts, a great kid off the field. I look forward to heading and watching a game or two of Staley's next fall. I'll definitely be wearing my Iowa attire in support.

Yep! Still not sure why he wrestled Boehm, since Boehm is a heavyweight. But I'm sure the offensive linemen at his future school will hear that story very quickly, and Trent will have instant credibility with them.
