Iowa checks in on '13 ATH

Todd maybe you have a feel for this and maybe you don't but it always makes me wonder when I see a young man with the kind of numbers he is showing NOT having any offers. Is it grades, was it mediocre competition,trouble maker? Just curious as it appears he his built to play football.

Not Todd, but I don't think his lack of an offer has anything to do with what your suggesting.

A recruit can tell a program, "thanks, but no thanks". I think that his "interest" only shows FBS programs, tells me hes told the smaller schools, "no thanks, I'll wait". And being a 2☆ recruit, hes not going to be a guy who a program says, "we have to have". Hes a fallback player and I think is just biding his time to snag an offer from a bigger time program. Here it is a couple of weeks from NSD and Iowa is looking at him as another pet project of KF's in case we have a scholarship available at the end.

Basically, the Anjeus Jones for defense.

I like his size and physicality, but I think his lack of overall speed and quickness is whats holding him back.
